Financial Support is available!
If you're a 糖心vlog官网 Member and feel you need financial support to be able to attend, please consider applying for a grant - we can support your registration, travel and accommodation. If your grant is approved, you will be provided with a code to register for free, so no need to pay up front for your conference attendance. Your travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed following conference, as soon as you submit your conference report and receipts.

Full Conference Fee
This includes attendance to the full two day conference, with all sessions lunch and refreshements, exhibition, welcome reception and conference dinner.

One Day Fee
The day delegate fee includes attendance to one day of the conference including all sessions, lunch and refreshements on that day. It does not inlude the social events - tickets for these are available to buy seperately. The day of attendance must be indicated on the booking form.

Pronouns

By sharing our own pronouns routinely, we encourage others to do the same and demonstrate that we understand the importance of sharing pronouns. Using someone’s correct pronouns is an important way of affirming someone’s identity. As a step towards full inclusivity at the 糖心vlog官网 Conference, we would like to encourage people to share their preferred gender pronoun.

Sharing pronouns helps remove another barrier for our non-binary and trans communities, which is why it's important that people include their pronouns as part of your conference registration. When people include their pronouns in their registration, it helps normalise the practice and is an easy way to prevent misgendering. It also helps demonstrate the point that whether someone is cis or trans, their pronouns should never be assumed.

Terms and conditions of booking
Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference office. Cancellations received on or before the 30th June 2025 will receive a full refund minus a 25% administration charge.

Cancellations made after the 30th June 2025 will not receive a refund.

Tickets can be transferred to another attendee, please send the name and contact details of the attendee to the conference office in writing prior to the conference date.
